A journalist and graduate in Communication from Diego Portales University, with a Master's degree in Change Management and Strategic Coaching, and diplomas in Human Rights awarded by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the University of Zaragoza. Her training also includes specialization in Communication for Development and Corporate Social Responsibility from Adolfo Ibáñez University.
She worked as Director of Communications and Press at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and advised the Children's Council on its establishment and design of strategic communication and participation policy.
SIMONA PARANHOS

She currently works as a journalist, in charge of media management and public relations for APROFA - Chilean Association for Family Protection.
Experience in media outlets such as La Tercera (Breaking News), El Soberano and Televisión Nacional de Chile (TVN).
He was an assistant in the Digital I, Digital II and Digital Writing Workshop courses in the Journalism program at Diego Portales University.
She has done news coverage and media management for international organizations such as International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and the NGO Chicas Poderosas.

She currently serves as Head of Communications and Public Relations at the Innova Recoleta Corporation, where she leads strategic planning, promotes social innovation projects, and coordinates with the media. Previously, she was Head of Communications and Press for the Metropolitan Housing and Urban Development Service (Serviu Metropolitano), responsible for disseminating housing and urban development policies in the Metropolitan Region, as well as inter-institutional communications coordination.

With nine years of professional experience in communications, journalism and the intersection between culture, politics and human rights, she specializes in writing and editing texts, creating content and analyzing media and political campaigns.
She has developed her career in diverse fields, including print and digital media, independent media, political offices, communications agencies, and cultural management and research projects. She has worked in journalistic writing, editing, translation, and as a freelance reporter, in addition to advising political authorities on communications, political, and legislative matters.
He has an advanced command of both spoken and written English.
